ペンティオ株式会社 OneLoginサポートチームです。
米国One Identityは、2023年3月10日をもってInternet Explorer 11をサポート対象外とすることを発表しました。これに伴い、3月10日以降、米国OneIdentityおよびペンティオは当該ブラウザでのOneLogin利用に関する技術的なご質問や、当該ブラウザにおけるSAML・Form-basedコネクタの動作不良等に対応することができません。
OneLoginが上記ブラウザのサポートを終了する理由は、ブラウザの提供元であるMicrosoft社が2022年6月15日をもってInternet Explorer 11のサポートを終了したためです。（参考）
OneLoginをご利用のみなさまにおかれましては、下記サポートページに記載のブラウザの最新版をご利用いただきますようお願い申し上げます。弊社ペンティオでは、特に Google ChromeやMicrosoft Edge（※1）などのモダンブラウザの利用を推奨しております。
※1 Microsoft EdgeのIEモードにつきましてもサポート対象外となります

OneLogin will discontinue support for Internet Explorer across all products and services on March 10, 2023.
Although some services may continue to work with IE, OneLogin will not be addressing any issues associated with IE and are strongly advising customers to move to another modern browser.
Microsoft announced that support for Internet Explorer officially ended on June 15, 2022 and recommends moving to Microsoft Edge.
